How does shipping work?
The bundle ships free. Orders are prepared fresh, frozen for shipment, and cold-packed. Most orders arrive within 7–8 business days after they are placed; carrier transit is generally 2–3 days.
What should I do when it arrives?
Move the sealed packs to your refrigerator or freezer promptly. If the package arrives warm or damaged, photograph it and contact HWD immediately.
