At HalalWorldDepot, we are committed to delivering your orders with the utmost care and efficiency. Below are the details of our shipping policy to ensure a smooth and transparent delivery process.

1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days. Shipping rates are calculated based on the order amount and destination of your order.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 1-2 business days. Additional charges apply and are calculated at checkout.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150

3. Order Processing Time
Over 90% of orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.

4. Perishable Items
To ensure the freshness of our perishable Halal meat products:
- Orders are shipped with sufficient ice packs/dry ice and insulation.
- We use expedited shipping methods to minimize transit time.
- We recommend someone be available to receive and refrigerate/freezw the package upon delivery.

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order using the provided link to monitor its progress and estimated delivery date.

6. Delivery Issues
- Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us within 48 hours. We will assist in investigating and resolving the issue.

7. Delays
While we strive to deliver orders on time, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, or carrier issues. We will notify you of any significant delays.
